hey im sorry about your pet, im sorry for your loss. Have you seen a professional about your depression? Exercise is always good for depression, although it can be hard to get out and do it, it can make you feel good about yourself once you've done it.

Sounds silly but plants are good for depression, I found looking after plants and gardening to be really rewarding as its a selfless act and the more you puut into it the more you get out of it. It can be rewarding.
