Panic and aniexty

Living with moments of panic and waves of anxiety is tough. Sometimes things don't seam to go away. And the feelings remain crawling on your skin and deepening your breath. I have lived with aniexty knawing at the back of my mind for several years. I never truly understood it till I discovered myself avoiding all occasions friends and events. However to cope I have discovered certain  techniques I thought I'd share.  Everytime I sense my feelings overcoming myself I stop whatever I  am doing and take a few breaths and evaluate my thoughts listing my fears and try my best to face them. To do what it is I am fearing. 

 

It doesn't always work but when it does the next day is just that bit easier. And as I progress with this method of evaluation and breath control I find life manageable.
